He worked for a dealer IIRC, so I doubt the dealer is out of business...
They probably have no power and he means they can't answer phone calls...

Yea I'd relax - I'm sure it's complete chaos there and what will help best is understanding. The storm will obviously impact their business, and understanding is what will help best here.
