For the past two days when I insert my key and begin to turn it the gauges and lights will randomly flicker.. sometimes it happens and other times it wont. When it does, the needles will quickly jump up like I just began to turn the key and then they will drop again, very rapidly. I initially thought it could be an issue with the key, but my other key was also giving me problems.

Tonight I went to leave work, put the key in, no flickering, but when I went to crank it and start it wouldnt crank, it just made a clicking sound and the lights flashed. Perhaps something with the battery because my Eclipse deck reset itself to stock settings as well as reset the time to 12:00. After about my third try, it started right up.
All cables to the battery appear to be fine.
Any ideas?
