Re: IAT problems
Both O2 sensor outputs are stuck around .48 volts, like they aren't even there. I assume these were relatively short scans after either 20 minutes or 30 minutes of idling time. Is that correct? If so, the sensors stay dead and the engine never goes into closed loop mode. Coolant temp, air temp, Barometric pressure, and manifold vacuum all look normal. Engine seems to be fully warmed up.
Fred, shouldn't the engine be in closed loop mode after 20 minutes, even if it's still idling? No DTC's are showing at those times.

Re: IAT problems
I can't look at the files until at least Monday. I'm in Cooperstown NY, at a really great "bed and brew" weekend...... lots of really great sampling for 2 hours tonight, and tomorrow is a private tour, sampling and 5 course beer pairing dinner at Brewery Ommegang. I should be sober by Monday.

Re: IAT problems
Check these points:
1. There should be two black ground wires just above the starter connected to the block. One is the ground for both O2 sensors. (right arrow)
2. Check the sensor wire also to make sure it isn't unplugged or broken. (middle arrow)
3. Make sure the sensor is installed. (left arrow)
The diagram is for a Firebird, but I think it is the same for Camaro.

Re: IAT problems
I suspect either the sensors are defective or the headers are preventing them from getting hot enough to operate. This is way out of my area of expertise, so you have to wait for further advise on what to do with them, from someone like Fred, etc.... In the meantime, you can read this topic:
https://www.camaroz28.com/forums/gen...ensors-849566/
Read the parts about the pre-cat sensors. You might have to switch to heated sensors. Your 93 has the non-heated ones.

Re: IAT problems
The o2's got changed 3weeks ago since I had a code 13
Everytime I take it wot 13,55 will always come up
And sometimes 28 but because I pull fan fuses since fans are wired to ignition and one fan bearings are shot
Anyways I'm going to check harness plug and that ground strap on the block

Re: IAT problems
Ok I'm watching stuff a little more closely
O2's are indeed working and its going into open/closed loop as it should
I recorded a cold start then an at temp brought rpm to 2500-3k
Ill let you look cause I could be wrong

Re: IAT problems
My buddy showed up with his fuel gauge
Key on. 18 lbs. idle 20. Vac off 22
I'm surprised this thing runs
So I'm sure plugs are trashed and injectors and obviously fuel pump
