How Do I Change The EBCM (ABS module)?
I know where it is, I took some of the pieces under the dash off and I can see it, but I don't see any room or any way to swap it from the bottom. Am I supposed to take the whole top dash off?

It will come out the bottom. There is a nut and a push fastener holding the bracket. Remove those and work the bracket and ebcm out. Manual trans cars require removal of the side panel. Removing the side panel might make it easier on an auto but it's not required. The manual says to cut the push fastener and replace it, but I was able to remove mine and reuse it.

Well I got it out and put the used one in and it seemed lighter first of all (though all #'s matched up), and then I couldn't get it back in its place, so I got it as far as I could and zip tied it in place. Now a day after install, the ABS light is on again. ****. The EBCM was diagnosed as bad by a tire shop that my shop uses, so either they were wrong or I have 2 faulty EBCMs.
