High Beams Work, Low's Don't
I'm having trouble with the headlights on my 95 Z/28. High beams work, but the low beams don't. I've read some of the posts and found the high beam switch near the steering column. We can move the connecting rod to turn off the high beams but we are left with nothing on. We replaced the lever on the steering column, no change. We went looking for a fuse but found the fuse slots are empty in the power distribution panel??? I don't know if that's normal.
I also don't know if the low beams are supposed to be on at the same time as the highs (in other words, does the high beam switch bring on the high beams in addition to the lows). I think my next step is to replace the lows beam headlights, only because its a little tight to get the leads of my meter back there. So, if I have to take it out to check, I should probably replace. Any help is appreciated!

On a Camaro the low beams are always on and the high beams are controlled by the dimmer switch. On a Firebird, both are controlled by the dimmer switch and only one set is on at a time.
