It is a sealed headlamp replacement H4351, and H4352.

they are not sealed. the bulbs come out. when i had my 96 v6 i was able to take the bulb out but could never find a replacement. ended up having to buy the whole housing and bulb in one.

Sorry friend, I really can not help out in the answer department.
I know on ebay they sell aftermarket units that you can plug a bulb into, what number is on the bulb you presently have? If you can not read it, you can take it to an auto parts store and match it up (the plug in and configuration) to what they have on the shelf. Good luck; SteveC
