i am wondering about the plugs on the steering coulm theres one plug thing that has a cable comin from it to i have no idea what it is for and theres a couple other plugs around the coulm donno where they plug in one ofthem is blue and theres a lil black box that bolts beside the steering coulm with a plug that bolts to that plug and it looks like another plug gosee in the box beside it? im not getting any power to the computer or the key im doing a engin swap with a 96 trans am engin i have the entire wireing harness and dash altho i think im missing a a plug or 2 besacuse i cant find anything gt plug in there piccs of the steering coulm would be great to a 74 nova car thatns

hey im doing an engin swap the engin and harness is out of a 96 lt1 trans am and im puting it in a 74 nova and i have the dash and all the wireing for the lt1 well sapostly i think im missing a couple of plugs theres a plug where on the steering coulm with a cable going to the bottom of it( im guessing its gose to the trans or shifter) and theres a blue plug close to it cant find where it plugs in only one wire on it has power and theres a lil black box with a bunch of wiers going into it the plug that plugs into it bolts to it with a #7 bolt and to me it looks like theres sapose to be another plug that gose beside the plug in the box because there is pins on the outside of the plug i know its comfusing im just as confused
