Re: f-bodies handle like crap
Hmmm, Leaf Springs. Cant be too bad of a thing. My buddy has an '02 Z06, and I think it has rear leaf springs if im not mistaken. The Vette is a SuperCar, leafsprings or not.

Yes they do.
The rear suspension of the Corvette has sinse 1963 used a single transverse mounted leaf spring. I believe that sinse 1984 it has been made of composites, but it is still a leaf spring.
I'd also like to say that it works very nicely. I wouldnt change it.
"The new Z06 retains the 106-inch (2686-mm) wheelbase of other Corvette models, as well as the short-long arm suspension and transverse leaf spring design, but it rides on all-new wheels, tires, brakes, as well as its own rear spring and roll stabilizer."

Re: f-bodies handle like crap
keys for the vette is TRANSVERSE MONO leaf spring.. One composite material leaf that runs transverse ( parallel to the axle line out back)
Very different from the stack metal leafs on each side running long wise on trucks and old cars.
