Exposed rocker stud on roof of ported heads?

I'm wondering if it's normal/ok to have an exposed rocker stud in the roof of the intake port on a set of ported heads? Any detriment to performance or longevity with this?

From what I have seen posted, it happens. As long as the stud does not protrude and the threads are sealed, I don't think most consider it an issue.

completely normal, just make sure you seal the threads when you install the rocker studs
