Exhaust wont fit past torque arm.

Exhaust wont fit past torque arm.
What should I do? The x-pipe went up fine, but where the driver's side pipe is supposed to go under the torque arm, it doesn't clear by about 1". Should I cut up the torque arm or what?
Btw, if anyone wants this setup, its for sale.

Sounds like the exhaust needs to be re-worked.
