Doing LIM gaskets, what else while in there?

So my '96 3800 Camaro has a slight LIM leak so I'll be replacing them with some Fel-Pro LIM gaskets, the upper intake gasket, throttle body gasket, clean the throttle body and an oil change.

With 190K on the clock, is it advisable to go for the head gasket? How much more work is it from where I'll be and what else will I need (head gaskets, head bolts...anything else?).

Thanks guys.
