I'm going to tell you this once... you do not have those codes. We have seen people post that exact same code list over and over, and tracked them back to the Innova 3120.

ok and i have the 3140d. so shoudl i connect the scanner and erase these codes? what am i to do?

well the innova unit came with a usb and some cables that hooked up to the obd2 connector can i cut the cable and usb and use gary scanner? ima upload pictures in a second

Since you DO NOT HAVE THOSE CODES, you don't have to "erase" them. They are FIGMENTS OF THE SCANNER'S IMAGINATION.

i get tht this scanner wont work. can i cut these cables and make the same cable?? so can connect to this scan9495

You cannot hack that cable to work.

Return the scanner. You were pre-warned about the Innova.

Go to the computer forum.

Get information about the cable you need and purchase or make one.

Get scan9495 sofware.

Scan your car.

I see GaryDoug is helping you on the "Computer..." forum post. He has basically posted that there are two ready-made cables that are known to work, and that the cables made with unreliable Chinese components are no longer a good idea.

I've seen people post that they were able to get the ALDLCable and RedDevilRiver cables delivered overnight.

The one on the left is the correct thermostat. The one on the right is for the old SBC 1st generation. I just went through this.

ok i got codes DTC 70: engine coolant temperature sensor circut short and DTC 15: a/c clutch relay driver circuit.

Backwards.

DTC 15 = Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit (signal voltage high, low temperature indicated)

That's most likely an open circuit. If you pull the harness connector off the sensor, and measure the voltage between the two wires in the connector, do you have 5V?

Test methods, per Shoebox:

DTC 70 = A/C clutch relay driver circuit

Does the A/C clutch kick on when you turn on the A/C?

your right my crimping sucks and it was an open circuit bought some new wires and re did the crimp and it starts up first crank purrin. and i toko out my a/c relay so that is probably why its giving me that? but when i turn my a/c on somethign does click. just bought a new a/c compressor relay hopefully that fixed the problem. probably should replace the air pump relay as well?
