Convertible Top Motor

Hey guys. My Camaro has been sitting in a garage unused for the past 5 years. I went to take the top off the car and convertible top motor stopped working halfway putting the top back up. I have never had an issue with the motor when I put the car away, any thoughts as to why it stopped working? I was thinking possibly the hydrolic fluid drained out of the lines to the reservoir? Is there a way to prime the lines?

Shoebox has a diagram showing where to fill the reservoir - not sure if that is what you are looking for:
