Is the Security lamp on? If so, try inserting the key repeatedly until it goes out.

Ok so all I had to do was replace the TPS sensor 3 times lol then I guess I pulled the starters power wire out of place so I fixed that and replaced the radio so now everything is working just like new and the rpms r back down to normal thanks Gary and Injuneer
