Cars Overheating

Ok so my radiator and fans are brand new...i replaced the water pump sensor 4 days ago and then after that it started to over heat..so i flushed the whole system pored new antifreeze in and changed my thermo..still over heats,from sittin over nite an lettin it sit for 10-15 mins it will hit redline..does anyone no wat this problem could be...

I'll be the first to ask the ever famous LT1 overheating question... Did you bleed the air out of the system? I just replaced one of my heater hoses and had to bleed/add coolant/bleed a few times before the temp stabilized.

fill teh rad, open BOTH bleeder screws untill fluid comes out. close bleeder screws and start car. Allow thermo to open and top off rad. Replace rad cap and drive happy.



BTW, the answer is as close as your owners manual.
