Is this car worth $45K - 1971 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

Has the 1971 Z28 prices gone up this much, I remember a while back you could pick one up for much less.

Saw this on Craigslist out of AZ. If it is what he says it is and you want one, hell yes. Sounds like a good investment car. Matching numbers and a proper restoration, cannot really say for sure unless you see it in person though.

Take a look here Price Guide Report . Looks like value is has come up 25-30% since 2010 . Vehicle in #1 Condition says $60K , hard to believe !!!
