car for sale? whats it worth?

well earlier today, my gf and i were driving in my formula and she needs a ride and we saw a red convertable trans am, probably 97 cause it looked pretty clean it also had some decent crome rims, but we will probably call the number in a day or so, but just on that how much should i expect to offer?

A Convertible '97 Trans AM books in at 10,000 in good condition provided it has a clean title. Hopefully they are asking less!

convertible? Better get a roll cage! J/K, Yeah what BADAZZ said around 10,000, sounds right given average miles. with low miles I've seen 97 verts up around 12,000. GET REAL I SAY. I'd rather have an LS-1 car for that money. Check www.kbb.com or www.nadaguides.com for a good price qoute though. have fun dealin. print out the price qoutes for good dealing leverage.

well i went by to look at it again, id say it might be a 94 or 95 just really clean...

the dash had a traditional odometer instead of a digital so i know its not a 97, it had 98,000 on it... it also had a antanna that went up if they only did that for certain years im not sure.

and at what year did they change to the hunny comb lights, was that w/ the ls1 or did they do that on any lt1's... because its the same kinda lights w/ the lines thro it like my 94 formula

does that help refine a value...

If the TA is like the camaro, The interior and tail lights were changed in 97.
