Camaro Hesitation

Camaro Hesitation
I am having hesitation problems with my 1996 Camaro 3.8L V6. The car hesitates randomly while driving. It feels like a "hiccup" and the Service Engine Soon light comes on. Things I've tried so far:
-Replaced Evaporative Emission Valve
-Removed and cleaned the inside of the EGR Valve with carb cleaner
-Poured Lucas fuel injector cleaner into gas
-Poured Iso-Heat into gas to remove possible moisture
I have a code reader and have been getting many different codes. I got the evaporative emission code (P1141) which led me to replace the valve. Since then, I have not gotten that code back.
Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1, Sensor 1 (P0135). Sensor was replaced 2 summers ago, so I don't think it should be bad already, or if it would be linked to the hesitation.
I kept getting the code EGR Valve Pintle Position Circuit (P1406) which led me to cleaning the EGR valve with carb cleaner, making sure the pintle stem could move up and down freely. I don't want to have to replace it with a new one unless necessary since they are almost $200 if its not the problem.
After doing this, I received 2 new codes I have not seen before. Crankshaft Position Sensor A CKT Range/Perf (P0336) and MAF or VAF A Circuit Low Input (P0102).
I am so frustrated with all the different codes I have been getting and feel like I'm just chasing my tail to figure out what is causing the car to hesitate.
Any ideas?

Re: Camaro Hesitation
I would check the sensor wiring on the O2. Make sure its in good shape and personally I would get a new one and see if that helps. I try to get AC Delco when ever possible and yes they can go bad that fast or faster if cheap aftermarket. Not all codes mean the sensor is bad and just that they are not giving signals in the specs required. Crankshaft Position Sensor is one, I think that is that way. The only real way to do this is work on one code at a time and see if you can get them to go away. I would clear the codes and see what ones come back, just incase.

Re: Camaro Hesitation
I cleared the codes and drove about 20 miles. I did not get a hesitation on this trip, but the service engine soon light came on. I read the code and it was the MAF or VAF A Circuit Low Input (P0102). I find it odd that I didn't have this code before cleaning the EGR valve, only after. It comes on immediately when starting the engine, and when I clear it with the engine running, turns off SES light for a second and comes right back on. I was sure to plug the EGR electrical plug back in exactly as I had taken it off, so I don't think I could've caused a short somehow.
I also got the Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1, Sensor 1 (P0135) code again after about 10 miles on the trip, cleared it, and did not get it back the rest of the trip. I don't want to have to replace the sensor unless I have to. I don't want to keep putting money in random places that aren't fixing the problem, even though ideally that's probably what it needs..
