A/C not working

I have checked all fuses and relays, removed ac relay and able to jumper 2 pins to verify(allow) compressor clutch to engage. When it does cold A/C comes out. While running I added 3 cans of 134a but can't seem to get more than 30 to 35lbs on pressure gage. Not sure if this is enough to engage clutch. I also here a leak near expansion valve( not sure if this my problem or that is normal. Not sure where or what to check next or just take it to the Chevy dealer! Thanks for any help on this !

Re: A/C not working

If the system previously had low pressure, it will cause a DTC in the computer that will inhibit compressor operation. The code must be cleared before the computer will again allow the compressor to run via the normal controls (even if it has been recharged). You can reset/clear the computer by removing the PCM BAT fuse for about 30 seconds.

Re: A/C not working

On your 95, the "PCM BAT" fuse is in the box under the hood, driver's side fender liner. I think it's #8, and only labeled "PCM". In 93/94 it was in the fuse panel in the end of the dash, but they moved it in 95.
