Brake lights and turning signals wont work
I have a 1996 Lt1 Z28. And having problems with my brake lights and turning signals. Dont know what is going wrong with them. I have replaced the bulbs. And when I have the parking lights on, They light up way to bright and when I apply the brakes nothing happens. The Spoiler light comes on and off fine. Just not the taillights. I have to take my assessory fuse out. Because with it in in causes my battery to drain. Could this be a bad ground somewhere. I have no clue whats going wrong. Please help!!

You have what appears to be 2 different problems.
Did you check fuse #1,2 and 5?
As far as the accy fuse #7 draining the battery. Did you add anything to the radio or in any way modify it? Like adding an amp? If you did and tied into the power line to the radio, that's the problem. If not do this.
Be sure everything is off. Pull the fuse and put a 10 AMP ammeter in line where the fuse would be. Normally it would show zero but because you have a drain, it should show a current draw. Now one at a time pull and replace these until you pull the one that makes the meter go to zero.
Park lamp relay
hatch release relay
Theft deterrent shock sensor
Radio
Instrument cluster
power mirror switch (very unlikely)
NOTE: Everyone blows the fuse in the multi meter for current. Always check the fuse in the meter before using the meter to find 0 current. If the fuse is blown in the meter and you are looking for 0 current, you will find it every time.
