bolt ons

Re: bolt ons
Need year of car, model, engine and trans info before we can help.
Would also be helpful to know where you live, and what emissions you need to pass (CA for example, is way more demanding than FL).
You need a "Signature".

Re: bolt ons
I would suspect that a 383ci stroker would already have significant modifications - e.g. larger throttle body, larger injectors, more aggressive cam, ported heads, headers, improved catback, PCM tune, etc.. The more detail you can provide regarding the existing engine, the more accurate our suggestions will be.
What trans do you have? If automatic, does the trans have a high stall converter? What rear axle ratio? Has the suspension and drivetrain been upgraded to put the power to the pavement?
Simple, free mod... 6HP.... take the two coolant lines off the bottom plate of the throttle body, and connect them together with a 3/8" hose barb. Don't drip coolant on the Optispark distributor.

Re: bolt ons
It's a 6 speed. I can't find carb legal headers so exhaust is stock for now. The cam still passes smog so I can't put a different cam. I have the bbk 53mm throttle body. Injectors are also stock. I also put a msd optispark

Re: bolt ons
If the engine was making 360HP or less at the flywheel, stock injectors would work. Or, if someone has increased the fuel pressure, they would work OK at even higher HP.

Re: bolt ons
PS: There are 52mm, 54mm and 58mm aftermarket throttle bodies.... no 53mm.
