Attention all camaro guru's!

My dad had a really cool 1987 camaro iroc-z when i was growing up. Listen to this!, is there such thing as a special edition for that year? It had gold stripes intead of the silver and gold and black wheels instead of the silver and black. The interior's dash plaque was birds eye maple and it had on it a gold z28 stamp instead of the norm. And let me tell you FASSST!! We were going up the I-5 in california and had 3 people and was loaded with bags. We raced a mustang gt and a bmw. The bmw of course was more of a chalenge to shake but we pulled away from it in top speed, the speedometer was bouncing over 145mph and the rpm's were only 3300 and we were going way faster than 145! Was there a special edition for that year? I think we had one!
