AC Delco fuel filter

On Shoebox's sight the recommended replacement is the GF 578 #25121293.
There is also an AC Delco GF578(F) with the same #25121293.Is there any difference?Many thanks.

Thanks Shoebox.I saw this on e-bay.When I go to put in ac delco fuel filter gf578 for 1993 camaro z28 they all pop up but when I hit a sight the fitment doesn't work for gf578 (this item does not fit your vehicle) but works for gf578F.I first checked your sight for # and then the official ac delco websight for part #'s and they ar gf578 but with o'riellys they offer both #'s.By the way they all have the same number 25121293 I believe.Weird huh?Many thanks.
