Do you still have the stock dash gauge, functional? Did you possibly wire the digital gauge in parallel with the stock 1-wire sensor in the head? That would cause both the dash gauge and the digital gauge to read incorrectly.

Yes sir, I still have the stock dash gauge. I ran one wire from the digital gauge to the sensor and one wire from the gauge to a power supply in my fuse panel to power the lights on the digital gauge.

If both the stock gauge and the digital gauge are connected to the same one-wire temp sensor, it would seem the resistance of the circuits would be affected, throwing the readings of both gauges off. Each gauge needs its own one-wire sensor. There is the same threaded hole on the passenger side head, between #6 and #8, since the same head is used on both sides.

Sorry Injuneer, I completely misunderstood you. I still have the stock dash gauge. It isn't hooked up but I still have it. The dash gauge is not connected with the digital gauge.
