The fans are on because of the trouble code(s). You'll have to wait until you scan it to see what it is about.

"SES" light may be for coolant temp sensor, or possibly a few others that turn on the fans when the code sets.

Reading the codes, as you plan to do, is easier than guessing. Not sure what "AIR pump fuse is tithing" means.

The coolant temp sensor is new. Just repaired intake leak about a month ago it is so nice to drive and not have to smell burnt oils the whole time. Is there any way to read it besides a laptop and the program that is on here for 93-95 camaro. It runs good I hate to see that light because I'm driving it and I know something is wrong with it

Find an old Auto X-ray OBD-1 scanner, a used or Chinese ripoff Tech-1 or 2, or buy a dual capability OBD-1/OBD-2 scanner from Actron. Do not buy a dual capability scanner from Equus or Innova. Their code data base for the LT1 is screwed up and will give you a list of about 7 bogus codes.

Make sure it has the correct cable for your 16-pin DLC connector. If you find the Auto X-ray it may have an adapter. If not you can jumper the pins per Shoebox:

You can't beat the price on the Actron CP9185 right now at $65 on Amazon (US)
And since you have a 95, you will not need the optional CP9127 cable set.
