I recently purchased a 94 Z28. The car looks like it has been modified be SLP. It has a SLP hood, and full body kit that looks nice. It has a very nice rear wing too. It wears SLP badges on the rear of the car. It also has what appears to be a custom paint job with two stripes running down the car. You can see pictures on my profile. Does anybody know about these cars and is there a chance its a rare car..... Thanks.

Most likely it is some sort of copy attempt. The style of stripe on the hood did not come until years later. You can always call SLP and ask. The wing on the back and euro tail lights do not look like anything SLP, either.

Are the "SLP" emblems small chrome covered plastic letters, about 5/8" high and almost 4" wide? SLP gave them out in the "goody bag" at the "customer appreciation day" events they used to sponsor as Englishtown drag strip (early 2000's), and several other locations around the country. I have mine stuck on my rolling tool box.

All the badges on the car are chromed steel.... It has...or had.. LT1 badges on the hood,Chrome Z28 badges and a Chrome SLP badge under the left tail light.... I sent SLP a email yesterday with the V.I.N. number... So we'llsee...
