Here are the correct part #'s from Shoebox.
1993-1997 coolant temperature sensor for gauge AC-Delco # 213-77; GM PN: 25037332
1993-1997 coolant temperature sensor for pcm AC-Delco # 213-4396; GM PN: 15326386 old 12146312
I know the still sell 1-wire sensors, because in the last week I responded to someone who bought a 1-wire and a 2-wire and asked which sensor went where.
If you install a 2-wire sensor in a 1-wire circuit, either terminal from the sensor attaches to the one wire connector, and the other terminal on the sensor has to run to an engine ground. Connecting them together and connecting both to the 1-wire harness will not work.
