I've seen them over the years. They sell the entire set of glass for the 4th gens. I'll look it up... probably been 6 or 7 years since I looked into it. I think this is the source, but they don't seem to list specific applications on their website:

I have no idea what is street legal and what isn't. You asked about the rear hatch window. I have never looked at the door window replacements, so I have no idea if they roll up/down. Try the source I linked. They should be able to answer your questions.

Street legal? Sure. Street recommended? Absolutely not. Even the high grade lexan can scratch/scuff pretty easily, and you'll end up with a window that's impossible to see through in a pretty short amount of time. As far as rolling up and down, I've yet to see a door window setup that does (see again the scratching/scuffing issue).
They can be made to be removable, but it won't be a quick 2 second thing either. In other words, you'll be hugely disappointed if you're putting these things in a daily driver. I've had them before in weekend only cars that only saw street use going back and forth to the local cruise spots, and even them I found them to highly annoying at best.
