I know several heads/cam ls1's around here running mid/high 11's. What about a trans am ls1? My real opinion is a low compression forged 355 lt1 with twin hair dryers on it.

I have always been a camaro guy, dont know why but i have!(maybe its those popup headlights) i do like the new ws6s though, they look like dragons! twin hair dryers= twin turbo?

Thats cool that yoru a camaro guy. Yes do a twin turbo lt1. You could easily do it for 25k.

Not off the top of my head, but give some guys some $$$ and they will build what you need. You could also just do a single turbo lt1, and still make 600rwhp/rwtq, build everything else so its more reliable than the ls1 vette or camaro. Although a c5 would still be nice.
