Behind which cat? You have two, one for the left bank (bolted to the bottom of the exhaust manifold) and one for the right bank (in the right branch of the Y-pipe under the bump in the passenger front floor pan).
All four of your O2 sensors are heated (H).
Was it using that much fuel before cleaning the MAF, and replaced an after-cat O2 sensor?
What are you scanning it with?
