I have a 1987 Iroc Z28 Camaro with a 305 TPI Engine

Recently It has been stalling randomly for some reason? When I am at a stop light it will just stall right there and then Check Engine Light will come on then Ill put it in park and restart it and sounds like the engine takes a little longer to turn over where usually it starts up instantly but maybe an extra 1-2 seconds then it's fine? It's done this 3 times so far and 1 i thought it was me being almost out of gas but i had half a tank and it did it twice today so anyone with any suggestions I'd appreciate it thanks.

When the SES light turns on, a code is set in the ECM indicating the cause. Did you try and flash the codes on the SES light by shorting the correct ALDL pins?

I was at a stop light it stalled and a ringing sound came on and then the Check Engine light came on I didn't see any codes or anything?

You don't "see" codes when the check engine light comes on. But the code(s) that turned the light on are stored in the ECM. You retrieve them by shorting a couple pins on the ALDL connector, and counting the flashes on the check engine light. If you haven't checked the codes, you are just wasting your time guessing.

Shoebox has the procedure for a 93. I suspect your 87 is similar:
