tech issues

Hi all, I'm in need of some tech help. I purchased a 1994 camaro, with a 3.4L V6. I bought i as a project car, the previous owner replaced the water pump, so the entire front of the block was was torn apart. i reassembled the p/s pump, a/c compressor, tensioner, and alernator. After reconnectioning all the sensors i tried starting it. No go, so i tested the starter, it was locked up so i replaced it. then tried the key, still no cranking, but a clicking under the dash. i tested the battery charge, hooked up jumper cables, a wire the the ignation terminal of the starter. When i touched the wire to the battery, the engine cranked over and it wanted to start when i shot ether in the plenum.
So i read about the resistor trick, found the right one and wired in in the ignition side of the white wires. The engine didnt crank, so i proceeded and located the TDR, bypassed the yellow with the purple. the engine cranked with the key. so i checked the fuel pressure at the intake plenum and there wasnt any. so i located the fuel pump relay, bypassed the pink to gray. i had a good amount of fuel pressure to the engine, itll crank over but it still wont fire.
Can i get some help, please?
