Re: jumping RPM
You do realize that the code for the AIR pump is causing your radiator fans to run all the time? All you need to do is put a good fuse in the circuit. If the fuse continues to blow, unplug the pump, then replace the fuse, leaving pump unplugged = no code.
thank you for this comment made me think about a fuse i put in the fan slot a couple
days after the 100 octane now i took the fuse out from under the hood
the fan fuse and the car is back to normal now so now I see I may have a
wiring problem i think

Re: jumping RPM
No, turn key to "run" - pump should prime for 2 seconds, and stop, never to run again, until you try and start the engine. The PCM will not allow the fuel pump to run unless it is getting the cam position signals from the Opti, and it can't get those if the engine is not rotating (cranking or running).

Re: jumping RPM
yea there is some type of wiring problem with the fan fuse and the pcm bc if I put a fuise in the slot my car starts to run and act funny but when I take it out I have to straight wire the fans to run but my car runs normal with no fuse in fans slot
