Hello everyone im having a problem with my 91 camaro convertible z28 5speed . Ok here's the problem i go to crank the car it will turn over but want start the security light stay on but i dont think its vats because the vats would cause the car not to turn over at all. Right? But when i turn the key forward i dont here the fuel pump turn on at all, but if i put starter fluid in the air filter it will crank and shut right back off . I check the fuel pump fuse and relay both are fine. And im kinda stuck at the moment any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.😀

Still sounds like the vats.the lite should go out after a few seconds and the fuel pump should run .
