car runs great but after about 20 min it dies out . Starts back up but misfires . Shut it off start back up and runs great. Could it be the icm failing ? Had this problem for a bit now and have already disassembled opti ,cleaned and inspected ,reinstalled. Still same problem. Also have one code popping up p4109 secondary air . Would this cause the problem ?

One member suggested heating the parts that you suspect with a hair dryer and see if they cause issues faster. This way you can eliminate them if you get them hot and in five minutes your problem is there. Be careful not to melt anything.
