3.8l v6 number 6 missfire.

I have recently acquired a '99 camaro with a miss fire condition and the engine barely ran. I removed the entire exhaust including manifolds and found cat to be plugged. Since the exhaust was restricted and starting to rust a bit I replaced everything, pacesetter headers, magnaflow universal cat. custom built mid pipe, and a thunder series 2.5" flowmaster cat back kit. Car sounds great even for a v6 (I'm a BIG v8 guy, but got the v6 cheap and the gas mileage is better than my silverado). Engine runs decent now, but still has that miss-fire. I also have replaced the radiator with a new stock replacement (reason is plastic neck was broken) and did a cooling system pressure and leak down test and system held steady pressure for one hour. As far as the miss-fire goes I have done the following test, spark test at coil, end of wire and plug tested good, compression test 145psi, i know the cylinder is getting fuel because when I removed plug for compression test plug was wet and the engine seems to be running rich (black smoke exiting exhaust). Any tips, suggestions, or maybe some of you have had this problem and know what it leads to, would be very appreciated.
