"New Member Intro" isn't the best place to get a response to this question. I'll move this to the "Forced Induction" forum, where you will get more help.
First questions are going to be - what HP level are you shooting for? What type of S/C are you planning to install? How many miles on your engine?

Thank you, for the help. I'm pushing 300 hp stock with a stage 2 jet chip right now. Looking for about 400 before s/c and 500 to 550 hp afterwards. Got about 123,000

Are you talking about HP at the flywheel, or at the rear wheels? Suspect it's flywheel, since you appear to be crediting the JET chip with 25HP. Do you have the basic bolt-ons like a cold air intake, catback exhaust?
You can reach 500HP at the flywheel without a S/C.

Yea I would say 300 at the flywheel, looking at prices for everything now, think in going ram air tho because it rains and floods alot where am at. What are the best bolt on for hp?

A ram air hood is going to be very difficult to connect to a S/C. Ram air does typically provide cooler air, but the "ram air" part is not meaningful until you exceed 100 MPH.

Typically the head units used on these cars pull air from the driver side splash panel. That's the same area every CAI kit made for these cars mounts the filter so unless you routinely drive through fender deep water I wouldn't worry too much about rain. The most water I ever had in my intake pipe was maybe half an ounce the next morning after what amounted to a hurricane band passing through NE FL. Never had water make it to the compressor though. Granted I wasn't trying to make boost with water on the road.
