Re: front mount intercooler in 95 T/A anyone have it and can help me with parts list,

I did it on my 95. Take off the nose and pull the fog lights and styrofoam crash protection.

Used an ebay CXracing 31x12x4 intercooler and a 3 inch pipe kit they sell for Sentras IIRC. It will have to be welded/bolted to the front support and you have to route the piping as you want it to go.
I looked at picks of how others did it and figured it out.

Re: front mount intercooler in 95 T/A anyone have it and can help me with parts list,

i have a ton of other pics of the install... but its super easy... i cut into the bumper and used the top of the steel as my mounting point... it worked out great!! but im also using a CX racing intercoler and the 3 inch pipe kit... although all my pipes are now white and i have orange silicone. but i had to cut some of the ppipes and then any place i had to cut i had a bead or weld put around the ends so that none of my pipes slip out. but it was alot of trial and error... but only took a few hours to install... with the bumper on its very clean... side note... youll have to cut out the bottom part of the front bumper cover... and if you dont inset the intercooler into the bumper like i did youll have to hack up more of the nose... with my install all i had to do was trim the bottom.

Re: front mount intercooler in 95 T/A anyone have it and can help me with parts list,

I've done the FMIC two ways on my car. Horizontal and currently vertical. The horizontal blocked too much air flow through the radiator, car constantly ran hot. Was a total sleeper look though.

But I moved the intercooler vertical after being unable to control the coolant temps at higher RPM cruising speeds. This only cost me $20 for some 1/4" thick steel bar stock, some nuts/bolts/washers and standoffs. Came out great, tucked up high, lost the fog lights, but IAT's are nice and radiator temps are 100% in control now.

This was the front support prior to cutting the top piece out, did I this way so I'd KNOW tihngs were lined up.

Its an eBay cxracing 24x12x4 intercooler. Works like a champ.

Posted from my Rooted and ICS'd Rezound

*edit* Same one that was posted above by someone else. The core size is 24x12x4 but overall length is 31".
