I have two on my car.

Pros:
- It has a "History"(peak/total boost achieved) function available by pressing and holding one of its buttons for a couple of seconds.
- A total of 3 presets(A, B and "scramble")
- Alarm for excessive boost levels.
- Nice digital display
- Easily programmable to any boost level you like in all 3 presets.
cons:
- You have to set the boost level pretty much by experimentation. You can't specify say "14psi". It uses 'percentage'. So if you set it to say .50 and take it for a pass and peak boost (easily found by pressing the history button) was only 12psi, you bump up the percentage to say .60 and take another pass and evaluate that. Repeat this process either up or down till you get your desired PSI.
- This controller is a 'bleeder' type controller. That means rather than running full boost capability to the cutoff point and then opening the waste gate, it stutters a solenoid as in approaches the boost cutoff point. The affect of this is to deliver the boost in a linear fashion (imagine a rather smooth ascending line on a graph). A mechanical "ball n spring" boost controller will not do this. It will go to the cutoff point with full available boost, THEN open. This gives you a bit more intermediate boost availability as you build RPMs.

Pro:
- Relatively inexpensive (Mine was $9x.xx)
- Very easy to install
- Once you have your target PSI established, you're good to go at that PSI every time.
- No bleedoff of boost on the way to peak PSI.
- Small unobtrusive size.
Cons:
- Not adjustable from the drivers seat(ideal placement is closer to turbo in the engine compartment although there are some manual designs that are adjustable from the cabin)
- No multiple presets capability.
- No History.
- No feedback.
- No gauge.
