It was a combination of my principal basically hating me and that they have a cluse in your contract that says you can only use the internet for work. Doesn't matter if you're on your lunch break or not(which I was). They only pull that one out when they have nothing else to fire you over, because if I fought it I would have won. It's one of those things they could fire anyone in the county over. I didn't fight it just because I didn't want to deal with it, that and the last guy that won a suit against them basically just got his job back at a higher pay rate. I had no interest in working there after that whole mess.

I've always wondered why diesels were so loud. Is the sound of diesel exploding really that much louder than a gasoline vapor explosion? Is it because of the insanely higher compression ratio needed to get diesel to combust? Is it something in the crank/rods/pistons 'clacking'?

Should I get Goodyear Fortera Triple treads or Nokians?
Should I get a Lexus GS430 with 50K miles and no warranty or a Chrysler 300C with 20K miles and 2 yrs of warranty? Need to open up a separate high interest account tomorrow to pay all my bills out of in one shot once a year.
