Our event plans include track time at a local road course, open house at Livernois Motorsports and their dyno AT CSF on Sat/Sunday!, tour of the GM Heritage Center, dinner at the Lingenfelter Collection and movie night to see TRANSFORMERS 5!! The Marriott has extra rooms, but you will be charged normal rates, not our discounted rates. BUT, we do have a back-up!! The Ann Arbor Regent Hotel and Suites has given us a block of room at the same discounted price - $112 per night! This hotel is located west of Riverside Park, easily accessable via US-23 and Wastenaw Rd. EMCC has used this hotel last year and for other club activities. We're sure you will be comfortable! If you need rooms for our event, please give them a call.... 734-973-6100 and ask for the CAMARO SUPERFEST block of rooms.

lastly... a reminder that if you mailed in a registration, we usually do not send out an acknowledgement, but I will try to get to that asap! ALL registered participants will receive our ACCEPTANCE LETTER in late May or early June. This is a 4-6 page document with all of the latest event news, directions, times, etc.... everything you need to make your stay with us the most enjoyable possible. Well... you can still get in on all of the fun!! How about donating promotional materials for our goodie bag? What better way to promote your company and products!! How about some product door prizes? These are given free to the car owners by pulling randon numbers during the event. Again... a great way to promote your products!! We'd also love to have a few larger donations for our Charity Silent Auctions!! We're looking to raise $17K for our charity!!

This is our 26th year!! You do not keep doing an event for this long, if you have not done it right, keep people happy and treat them fairly! We already have over 200 registrations, so we estimate our attendance at near 500 for the weekend. While that is not a super large event, we are the largest annual ALL Camaro event in the USA! And again... while we love our Camaros and owners... the other half of the event is focused on our charity! CSF has given near $70,000 to charity in the past 25 years!! Why not BE PART of this great event with your donations!!

CSF NEW NEWS!!.......
HELLO again from CAMARO SUPERFEST 2017!! Our new news today is that registrations have hit the 250 mark, again!! That is like... 4 years in a row we have had that many pre-registered for our event. THANKS!!! If you have not yet registered... please do so! We have room for everyone!! Pre-registrations are an indicator of our expected turnout and at this measure, we should have 400-500 Camaros attending for the weekend. SUPER!! We love hosting ALL of you!!
One last registration note.... your ACCEPTANCE LETTER will be sent, starting next week!! Watch your email for it! When you get it, please... READ IT ALL! There is tons of important information in it and in the email that comes with it!!
Our next new news is a look at our final artwork for our event shirts, awards and dash plaques!! See the images below (or attached) for some more great looking items! YES... our event shirts will be Chevy Orange with the large logo with the cars on the back of our shirts and the smaller logo on the left front of the shirts. We did this last year and it was well received. It also seems to be an industry new standard, so we're following the trend. Our awards and dash plaque will also be the larger logo with the cars. Thanks to our artist Chris Pousak for his out-standing work!!
NOW... more NEW news in our event shirt department..... NEW this year will be Ladies V-neck t-shirts!! They will be the same Chevy Orange and have the same printing on the front and back. These are the SAME cost as the usual men's t-shirts too! If you have already registered and would like to change your shirt order, please email BARRY (barry76LT@wowway.com) as soon as possible. We will also have some of these available at the show, but they could be limited in quanity. If you are still registering and want a ladies shirt, please send Barry an email asap after you register.

HELLO.... a few updates please..... For those waiting for ACCEPTANCE LETTERS... you will receive them by THIS weekend. We are sorry for the delay, but some web problems have delayed the processing of these registrations. THANKS for being patient!! Once these are processed, we expect to be OVER 300 pre-registrations!! AND... don’t forget... if you are doing the GM Heritage Center Tour and/or the Waterford Hills laps... we need to know when you want to do those activities... you HAVE a choice... AM or PM!! PLEASE read that letter!!

NEXT.... we have revealed our t-shirt designs.... here is another image of the final designs for both regular t-shirts and our NEW women’s V neck shirts! PLEASE... you got 1.5 days ONLY, if you want to switch from a regular shirt to a V neck, if you have pre-ordered. Email Barry by Thursday evening at 10pm!!! After that, the order goes IN!! HELLO to all participants and spectators that attended CAMARO SUPERFEST 2017!! THANK-YOU!!! For attending our event!! While we do not have all the final numbers, everything is looking very nice. Rough estimate for Camaros is 585 registrations with 525 actually attending!! That is a GREAT turnout for our event and an increase from 2 years ago (last year was our special 25th anniversary event with record attendance). As you know, the other major part of our event is our charity efforts. All we know for sure, is that YOU were generous!! We will report later on our total donation to the Miracle League of Plymouth! THANKS again!! As I mentioned at the awards give-away... all of you did your job!! As we have promoted for a few years, we ask everyone to pray for good weather. Well... IT WORKS!! While we had some showers during the evening hours, these did not interfere with any CSF activities or plans!! THANKS again!! We have already seen MANY posts on Facebook, lots of photos and many great comments... COOL!! Thank-you for sharing the fun you had with others that could not attend. We hope your fun would encourage them to start making plans to attend CSF – 2018!! If they are your friends... make sure you encourage them too! It’s always better with more attending!! Let’s have another increase in attendance in 2018!! We once again wish to THANK our sponsors and supporters!! HELLO to all of our particpants and supporters!!
We are sorry the track photos are taking so long to get to you!! Please be advised, we are working on these VERY hard!! Our photo guy took so many pictures, we have to go through them and delete duplicates, as our website will only handle 1000 photos... and he took 1500 on track day! WOW! We are ever hopeful to have the link up and running in a week or less. THANK-YOU all for being so patient with us. Another delay was a scheduled family vacation... please remember that we are a volunteer organization, not a business... so things like a family vacation are important. We WILL email all of those that paid for a photo and we'll post here and on other websites/forums too. Plus our own website! Please hang in there just a bit longer.... to help make your wait worthwhile... how about of we add more photos to your selection?
