My Aerocoupe is now minus the smog stuff, and won't pass emissions here, so I need to register it in South Carolina. If anyone down in Rock Hill or Fort Mill wants to make an EASY $25, I need an address to use down there so I can pay the tax deal and all that and register/tag my car. Let me know......

just take the car to a jiffy lube and pay the inspector the $25 to pass it for you. It's a whole lot easier that way.

Believe me it's not that easy to do here in Charlotte. I have had all kinds of problems getting cars to pass here because of emissions.

Yep....VERY hard to do. I have access to an inspection station at the Valvoline shop I am working at right now, but the inspectors are so **** about getting nailed, I can't get them to do it. Might fire one of them, and get my NC Inspector license and do it myself. Only problem is that this is only a temporary consulting job to get this shop turned around, so I may not be able to get it reinspected next year. Oh well.....

I've taken all the classes to become a certified inspector I just gotta get a job at an inspection station. But I have access to a station that will pass me no matter what almost. But I'm not fessing up where, cause he is a good friend and soemtime next year I'll need him to have his license to do it again

So are you still looking for a job? We are looking for a licensed inspector at our shop. It pays hourly, shop bonus, and a car bonus. I can't believe what a freaking pain in the **** it is to hire people here. The economy is taking a **** again, and people act like they are too good to work 40 hours a week. The East Coast is definitely DIFFERENT when it comes to work ethic.....
