Where do you find gear paint to check gear pattern?

Where do you find gear paint to check gear pattern?

We've just tried spray paint, masking tape, white grease, and duck tape to check the gear pattern. None of them work too good. The tutorial says to use "gear paint" but advance doesn't have it listed on its website and I've never seen it in any store.

go to any art supply house and get you a tube of yellow oil base paint, thats all there is to it...hope this helps..Dave
