Transmission Stuck to Bearing?

Need help...took out transmission for a clutch swap and installed a new pilot bushing which came with the Spec Stage 1 Kit. I made sure the clutch tool went in and out easily, I believe, I also made sure the pressure plate was facing the correct direction(I'm pretty sure it is, this is my second time doing a clutch job). Pushed the transmission back in and wouldn't go in all the way, about 2 inches left, like last time I did this. I bolted it the rest of the way lightly and torqued it up. I then pushed the fork in and went to bolt on the slave cylinder...was very wonky.

It wouldn't bolt up since the fork would keep sliding off the clutch bearing. After working around this and bolting it up, I went inside the car to push the clutch in and heard a pop and saw fluid from the slave line and slave cylinder...I knew something was wrong. Now I am taking the transmission back off but it is stuck on the bellhousing/Pilot bushing...please HELP!
