Question Trans Swap

What parts are required to swap out the 6spd trans for a Th350. I have a fully worked Th350 with Trans brake I want to install in my 93 Z

Nice choice...I did a TH350 swap also but mine was an A4 from the factory. For my swap heres the laundry list:

TH350 Trans and convertor (9in tailshaft if you want to use the stock DS)
BMR LT1 TH350 crossmember
New tranny mount (while its out mine as well replace it, not a solid one!)
Lokar dipstick (believe 36in)
TCI flexplate
Shifter - I went with the B&M Rachet shifter and love it
B&M Shifter cable kit

There are some good write ups on LS1tech by Dlove on this...without that I wouldnt have been able to do myself.

I was able to buy everything second hand except for the trans and convertor and cost me about $1300 with me doing all the work. Its not an easy job and takes some patience.

As for yours being a 6speed car...theres more to yours but Im not familar with what else would be needed for your case.
