tire/axle help

I just bought 18s for my car they are 5 lug universal and most of the holes line up, but a couple of the holes are just a Tad off any idea what I should do can I take it to a place to have the lugs replaced To see if that helps. My stock tires fit on there just fine tho. The owner of the rims thought they came off a Monte Carlo but wasn't sure. I paid A 100 bucks for 4 chrome rims so If they don't work its not a big deal but I want to see What the experts say first

What are the bolt circles that the "universal" wheels will fit? If they are 120mm, they are going to be a bit "off" because your car has a 4.75" (120.65mm) bolt circle.

The 95+ Monte Carlo has a 5 x 115mm bolt circle.... that isn't even close.

It is not going to work out well. Can you return those wheels?
