Rebuild trans
Alright guys so this hitting my rev limiter issue I think is coming down to my transmission slipping. I can drive the car fine but when I want to run WOT the rpms sore up to around 6000 and feels like it red lining. If I let off the throttle it shifts. So I wanna know what you think its gonna cost me to have my trans rebuilt by someone vs the cost of swapping a 6 speed in. I live in Madison Wisconsin so if you know anyone to recommend I would appreciate it. Im new to this area.

The cost of a T56 conversion depends on what you can get the parts for. It will probably cost at least $2000 by the time you finish.
I think I have posted on one of your other threads but I think your problem is in your tune.
Even if the speedometer has been corrected for the gears, if your shift tables haven't been corrected, you will hit the rev limiter at wot. At lower throttle the trans will shift before you hit the limiter. That is why it shifts when you let off the throttle and why it shifts just driving around. As an example from a table for 2.73 gears, at 25% throttle it is programed to shift at 19 mph for the 1-2 shift. At 100% throttle it is programed to shift at 48 mph. If you change to 4.10 gears you will never reach 48 mph before you hit the rev limiter, so the pcm will never command the trans to shift.
I don't know if the Hypertech corrects the shift tables. Personally I would get Tunercats and a cable. Then you can see how the table is set, and correct it if necessary. Tunercats has the option to automatically fix the tables when you correct the speedometer. The cost is a lot less than a rebuild or conversion, and can be used for more than the trans tables.
I had the same problem you're having when I changed from 2.73 to 3.42. I fixed the shift tables and everything worked correctly.

Re: Rebuild trans
If you do decide to get Tunercats, I just noticed that the auto correction for the shift tables only works correctly if you start with stock tables and the stock speedometer settings.
