Question LT4 / LT 1 Throw-Out Bearing Question

I have a question for the guys running an LT4 pressure plate with an LT1 disc. Did you guys use a LT4 throw out bearing or did you guys buy an LT1 throw out bearing for it? I have one of those autzone/duralast LT4 kits. I am not sure if there are any differences between the two. I am doing an automatic to manual conversion and I am pretty unfamiliar between the two different throw out bearings. In reading previous posts, I can't seem to find any differences between the two. I wasn't sure if one is longer than the other. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have a Spec stage 3 clutch which consists of Spec's disk and the LT4 pressure plate and TO bearing. You can use the LT4 TO bearing. I think its a little stronger than the LT1 piece.

No problem Gerry. Just keep in mind that getting the clutch fork onto the LT4 TO bearing can be a little tricky, and the LT4 is shaped like a hexagon, and the LT1 is round. When you have the flywheel, pressure plate and clutch disk all bolted up, take the clutch fork and slide it on to the TO bearing. Hold the clutch fork in the position it would be once installed, and practice sliding the fork onto the TO bearing. You will see which way it will need to be clocked so it will pop right on when you have the trans installed. Good luck!
