Lightbulb Well, it's time to start over...Any help?

The rear end on my 92' Z28 was completely demolished after the gear just worn down to the point of sounding like a plane taking off...and in the process my transmission went. So now I have the ability and luxury to let my DD sit until I can put it back on the road...so...any suggestions on how to build this back up? The rear end and trans were stock factory 10 Bolt 3.73 and 700R4. I'm leaning more towards a Stage II set up but not sure, any advice would be great.
