You shouldn't need ANYTHING short of a tune to correct your speedo. Mechanically a direct fit. The only things aside from that would depend on whether or not they are different as far as traction control, (ASR) and 3 or 4 channel ABS. 3 channel will have a single ABS sensor on top of the diff housing, while a 4 channel will have a sensor at each rear wheel. Will physically bolt right in though with the current driveshaft/crossmember combo.

Re: help with rear end swap!!!!!!!!!
Your 94 is abs only so you need a 3 channel rear. Just look at the 95 rear and make sure it has the single sensor on top of the differential housing. As stated above you will need to have your pcm flashed to correct the speedometer. The transmission shift tables also need to be adjusted. If you use Tunercats you can automatically adjust the transmission tables when you correct the speedometer. If you only adjust the speedometer you will probably hit the rev limiter before the transmission upshifts at full throttle. You can also send your PCM to one of mail order tuners to have it flashed. I've done this swap on my 94, and as long as you use a 3 channel rear and get your PCM programed, it's a direct swap. If the 95 is 3 channel everything on the 95 rear is identical to your 94 rear. No other parts are needed to make the swap.

Re: help with rear end swap!!!!!!!!!
Yeah my rear swap was harder than it should have been because I had to swap the axles onto my new rear because my axles had the ABS reluctors on them. My new rebuilt rear originally had the ABS reluctor behind the ring gear, so the axles did not have the darn reluctors on them, and I wanted to keep my ABS, like GM designed my Bird to have.
I also had to swap the backing plates because of the sensor plug holes. Not a big deal.
It was kinda a PITA but not too bad. I now know how to swap axles. It isn't as bad as I thought it would be.
Here is a thread on my swap: It's not overly detailed but it gives an idea.
